docs: clarify CJK font fallback comment with environment-dependent behavior
The fallback issue is caused by CTFontCollection scoring prioritizing monospace fonts, not just CTFontCreateForString. The selected decorative font varies by environment (e.g. AB_appare from Adobe CC, or LingWai).
