Lawrence Chen 8d4ba242ad Skip hanging test in compat CI to match ci.yml (#1801) ... PR #1783 added -skip-testing for testCmdWClosesWindowWhenClosingLastSurfaceInLastWorkspace in ci.yml but missed ci-macos-compat.yml.
