Sets SMC_DATA_DIR=~/.super-multica-dev and
MULTICA_WORKSPACE_DIR=~/Documents/Multica-dev for gateway and
desktop processes in dev:local, preventing dev/prod data mixing.

Add esbuild-based build script to bundle CLI tools into standalone
binaries that can be run directly with node. The built binaries
externalize dependencies to keep bundle size small and avoid
bundling issues with native modules.
