Jiang Bohan 5b0cbd4d7d feat(subagent): increase default timeout from 10 min to 30 min ... A subagent that times out loses all its work, so a generous default reduces wasted compute. Update the constant, tool description, system prompt guidelines, and documentation to reflect the new 1800s default.
