Jiayuan Zhang 755ed5e9de feat(run-log): add result metadata to tool_end events ... Enrich tool_end events with result_chars, result_summary, and error_type fields. Since run-log.jsonl is append-only and never compacted, this preserves tool result metadata that would otherwise be lost when session.jsonl undergoes compaction.
