Jiayuan Zhang 7a92f716d9 refactor(skills): remove unused SkillConfig.apiKey/env/primaryEnv (#192) ... These fields were only checked during eligibility but never injected at runtime via credentialManager.getEnv(). Remove the half-implemented per-skill credential config to reduce confusion.
