yushen 92a137414d feat(web-search): replace HMAC signing with auth headers 
Migrate web_search tool from HMAC-SHA256 reqId signing to
sid/device-id/os-type auth headers, matching the desktop API client
pattern. Update endpoint to /api/v1/web-search.
