Naiyuan Qing 655aa40732 feat: issue detail extraction, inbox enhancements, misc UI polish
- Extract IssueDetail into reusable component
- Inbox: add body/type fields, bulk actions, read state
- Pages: consistent layout patterns
- Workspace avatar, markdown, realtime sync improvements
