Add unhandledRejection and uncaughtException handlers to prevent the gateway from crashing on unexpected errors. Add SIGTERM/SIGINT handlers for graceful shutdown via app.close(). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
