Add THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md with attribution notices for all dependencies (Ghostty, Bonsplit, SwiftTerm, Sparkle, Swift Argument Parser, PostHog, Sentry) to satisfy MIT license requirements. Update bonsplit submodule to include upstream MIT LICENSE file.
