  - OPERATION_PLAN.md - Execution procedures
  - PRODUCT_SPEC.md - Product requirements
  - PREPARATION_OPS.md - Pre-sprint checklist
- Add PlantUML diagrams (wbs-diagram, gantt-chart)
- Configure Miyabi (.miyabi.yml)
- Set up Rust workspace structure
